Prices per month, excluding VAT, cancellable yearly. Translation costs through DeepL are separate and charged at cost; in practice a twenty-question form in four target languages costs about two cents.
What is not in the price
Two things are billed separately, because they are genuine consumption and hiding them in a flat fee would be unfair.
**Translations.** The translation engine charges per character. We pass that on at cost. To give you a sense of scale: a twenty-question form into four target languages is roughly 1,700 characters, and DeepL's free allowance covers a million characters a month. Most customers never come close.
**Server capacity.** Run it on your own machine and you pay us nothing for storage. If we host it for you, there is a usage-based fee.
Why not per submission
Charging per submission sounds fair, but it punishes exactly the behaviour you want: a form that works well and gets filled in often becomes more expensive. You start wondering whether to send that survey at all. That is the wrong incentive, so we do not do it.
Questions about pricing
- Is there a limit on submissions?
No. Every plan has unlimited submissions. We charge for what you build, not for what comes in.
- What does an extra language cost?
Nothing extra in licensing. You only pay the translation cost of the texts in that language, and that is a matter of cents per form.
- Can I switch plans partway?
Yes, in both directions. Moving down to Start does mean getting under five published forms; the rest you can archive without losing any data.
- Is there a trial?
